know what sucks? the more i think about it, the more I don't think diablos will be killable by a smn pt.. we have no way of stunning nightmare and when that goes off, guess who's going to grab hate when our avatars are there napping away and diablos kills them or gets bored of pounding away on them? drk sub will be the new hotness for smn.

true... creates a lot of hate then tho, and god forbid diablos should be within attack range before you're able to resummon, or before your avatar has a chance to get hate back. Also, doesn't Diablos have a aoe move that resets hate? That could mean trouble for smns too ; ;

Don't get me wrong, I'm a 75 SMN too, but I think making Fenrir retardedly easy to kill using an army of summoners was a bad idea. It made him easy to leech by any level 40-50 noob ass.

I want him to be exclusive to the best only, not to every noob who can shout for 3-4 Summoners from Jeuno.

yeah, omg summoners actually have to WORK for an avatar? screw that, if they can't kill it with an army of avatars it's not worth it ^^

Agreed Ket. We have declined to help people for Fenrir fights (even paid Fenrir runs) if we did not feel they should have Fenrir for whatever reason. I think every smn is excited to hear new avatars, but we will have to see how they set up the fight. I wonder why they did not set restrictions on Diabolos, like Fenrir you have to have all the whispers in order to get him. What about you have to have ALL avatars before getting Diabolos? lol

i agree Ket, and I have actually done fenrir with a bunch of different setups: 2xnin setup, 4xblm setup, 2xrdm setup, traditional "exp style" setup with pld, whm, brd....

as well as lvling my whm to 68+ (think I may have been 70whm when i finally did) before getting him. I still feel that there should be some kind of server-wide summoner heirarchy where you must prove your worth as a smn before being "allowed" to have fenrir, af2, and all the toys... that's just imo. But if things were actually fair then this game wouldn't be interesting right?

I partially agree. I think getting leechs fenrir from an all smn pt is stupid, thats why i dont do it unless the person is a high lvl smn (( 65+ usually))

But I do think that 75 summoners should rightfully be able to beat Diablos' ass down all smn style more easily than a normal set up, because summoners at 75 deserve to do that. It IS an avatar. . . isn't it?

SE should put level restrictions on avatars, but I doubt that will happen.

Madi, they should put a level restriction to 70+ Smn in order to get Diabolos...hehehe.

Imo nothing wrong with doing thing SMN style. Leeching is another issue. Getting to 75SMN is a loooong road and most of that trip we spend our time being a whm with pets. So when doing things SMN style, we get to be SMNers and use our pets and sub whatever we want to without anyone crying. A group of skilled 75SMNs should be able to battle any avatar. Would be even more cool if the battle was soro 75SMN.
