man i forgot how many people are still around from TheVigil, that was my first ls but by the time lopter quit and akidadus remade the shell into the new light warriors all i ever did was hardcore exp and (not to be an ass but) was alot higher level than everyone and didnt really feel like i fit in anymore (btw vol, i didnt know you joined that ls) so i went ls-less for a while until a very brief time with FS (i bet alot of you fs guys didnt know i was in there for a minute :P). i met piro at like almost lv60 and got a hokuten pearl and stayed there until yarr was kicked (i sent yarr alot of tells saying i wasnt gonna stand for him getting kicked, but he was like fuck that im gone for good im gonna give you a pearl to the new ls) and i been in ckd ever since.

Outlawz-run by Dalay and Sujo
then ADT-run by omniverse and alot of others,omni took a break and we became Firestarters(recently broke :/)
then most of those members went to Exilum (i didnt)
i made my own ls w/a couple of old buddies which is Crimson :P

yea ruby i joined but then took like a month break cause my pc broke down haha, thats also why i was always a bit behind everyone in levels :P I dont think you really knew me before ckd anyways, other than the occasional hi in hokuten haha

Last Fantasy- i joined when twotal and azreal helped me with brd af quests, and i stayed there until 65. I left because it was a social ls and was looking for some type of ls events.

AVagrant - First LS, I remember Karta being in the LS as I remembered alot of ppl being in that LS. Sometime near January Ineptvagrant took a break from the game.

From there we went to LS I created: HeavensRequiem. At the start of the summer '05 I had to take a 2wk hiatus came back found everyone thought I quit and left the LS. I haven't really bothered to move anywhere else because my two friends that keep me in this game pop in everyday --Portagol and Latrommi.

I first started off in a little LS called ApocalypseKnights, lead by Pitviper. After he disappeared I moved onto WarriorsOfIfrit and was there for a while until my old roomate Avela got into some drama with them so I left for BLoOdLuSt...great LS lead by some great people (Hodge, Sickmage, Jazzie, etc..) but when they quit the LS fell apart and I ended up hanging around a small LS some of my BL friends tried to remake (PizzaNinjas) I soon had the craving for a big LS so my friend Ctenus bugged me to join TTK and even went as far as writing the App himself lol. I've been a member ever since ^^

My LS history is pretty short, but here it is.

I was in my first ever party in the Konschtat Highlands. I was a complete noob as i recall, but my party was (for the most part) cool about it, and willing to teach me. Anyhow, mid-party, Ultimacloud gave me a pearl to a linkshell he was in, VCPR.

I stayed with VCPR for sometime, until the leader decided to restart the game entirely. It reformed as "Legionsof" (either "Time" or "Darkness", I really can't remember) under Alucuard. It wasn't the same, and when I came into some cash, I bought a new computer, and decided to restart the game, along with my brother.

I re-joined Legions again, but it really wasn't the same. When I had enough gil to spare for a linkshell, I bought one, and created SamuraiPizzaCats. I stole the original members of VCPR from Legions, and those were my core members for quite some time. I think it was about 7 people or so.

We slowly started to gain more members, and SPC grew quite a bit. The LS is still alive and well today, and a lot of our members are now dinging 75. Some members have left for the HNM LS's, but they also usually pop in from time to time to chat, and help out a little.

I am also a member of Quetzal, but there's nothing really special to that story. Just got told by a friend I did some CoP missions with to apply, and got accepted :p

first LS, Nemesis. my irl friend Nuku got me into it and it was a really close nit family. i had a lot of good times there, but we invited to many ppl to fast. along with Iain semi quitting took a toll on the LS and drama insued. we had a lot of people leeching for help then wouldnt be around when others needed it. so the same people were asked for help over and over like yummy and stuff.

after iain quit for the first time, i frequented my HamKaChan pearl and Hokuten. i used HKC when it was late and ppl were asleep, except when werx was on in nemesis. hokuten basically got a lot of the leechers from nemesis which wasnt really cool. and it seemed like the drama spread. i would help ppl and not get any in return. so i applied for FateSealers.

i got in and right away noticed it was a pyramid LS. 1 close nit group of friends. the rest were just fillers. the people were cool but certain things aggrivated me. the reason i left there was a dispute at simurgh where i felt like i saw the direction the LS was headed was not for me. i ended up PTing with HK friends because FS was being greedy about the loot and i wasnt going to be able to fight simmy. FS got mad and i felt as if i proved my point, so i warped out and didnt camp him anymore. i told them that they can break my pearl so they know its gone. in which i went back to HK, which still sucked haha. so i didnt wear a LS at all.

that is until angiepoo made a hang out LS. so i used that for a while, and if it wasnt for dynamis that i had been attending from CKD on a regular basis i prolly woulda quit. final LS was CKD. i had applied here when i was lower lv, but it wasnt a real app. was more along the lines of, "hi, i know i have a lot to work on my character lv wise but i wanted to give you a heads up on when i get 75 that i want to apply".

eventually i got in. The End lol

ifrits fellowship - my first real ls. the leader was danoli(i think), and the only members that are still around that i know of are keston, fyre, punnisher and durga. (not sure if bluebomber is still around)

then it was old outlaws- dalay was leader. from there i met a crapload of people, met streetz and machiaveli (good friends of mine). dalay quit, and streetz made a new shell called...

streetz projectz, then that broke up....streetz made a new shell called tha outlawz, then he disappeared.

now im in bloodtear for social stuff (aexicas is lead) and zero effect (kailix) for end game

First pearl I had was for ManaKnights (original red pearl) - Got this about 1 week after NA release. Starscream was the leader and he quit shortly afterwards, maybe in December, leaving the shell kinda floating for a long time. Others members included Hobo, Avoloc, Skyryu, Soulflare Chancy, Dinav, Darksoul, etc. I met some cool people there but the people that I considered friends were always extremely higher level than me. Despite starting almost at NA release, I leveled really really slowly because I didn't play much and had a weird exp schedule so there wasn't much for me to do with this shell. Also, the people I got along with were hardly ever on at the same time I was, and there were a few really standout jerks that monopolized the LS chat when I was online, so when Oxayotl said his friend Cowin had asked if he wanted to join AsperituSantu we said yes.

AsperituSantu is still my ideal of what a LS should be. Great and friendly leader, Zalant and his irl girlfriend Alamise made everyone feel welcome. It was a shell with all levels of players, but no one was ever too busy to help others out. Met some awesome people here, Noodlebrain, Skyler, Karona, Zargon, Zim, Truhls, Avenged, Malto, Pirato, Seiiguram, Tamahoime, Viscica, I know I'm forgetting some people that have come and gone, but this was truly an awesome shell. When Zalant quit, people felt we needed a leader, and since we were all kinda too lazy to "lead" AS ended up merging with JoS (pre HNM days) to form OnBrokenWings

OnBrokenWings had all the same great AS people, and a lot of great people from the original JoS shell, but it tried to take two shells with very different outlooks about what a LS should be and combine them, and I think for that reason, it just never really took off the way it could have. During this time a lot of the member were hitting 75 and joining HNM shells, so many of my long time friends started spending less and less time in the shell or quitting entirely. I started looking around at different HNM shells and when FateSealers advertized open rank mission meetings I tagged along on one. They seemed like nice people so I applied and have been there ever since.[/b]

Well...my FFXI beginning started in Avagrant. I left and went to SRCofDarkness with Capzero where I met alot of people like Cyntari, Charonne, Croucont and Ketrebu to name a few. I believe due to issues within the LS...I went to Last Fantasy for alittle while. Then I think Mordana formed from SRCofDarkness. At that point I think Capzero broke LS. From here I got a TTK pearl for alittle while since I knew alot of friends at that point in TTK. I think Samanosukeryu was leader at that time. But it was more of a social LS for me. I also had alot of friends in Sentinels and got invited to join. The ill-fated merger by Elysa screwed Sentinels and then I left along with alot of the core members when Zelphes formed Valour which Iam still with.

I was pretty much in Manaknights since the beginning of ffxi. Dinav invited me the day I started. I stayed with it the whole time while people hit 75 and left. When I got to 60ish I lremmber it being me dinav, panther, and shinbei. Hobo quit and Avoloc joined Sentinels. Once I saw it was going to be near impossible for me a samurai to get into a high level guild I quit when wow came out. Did a few dynamis runs with ckd. Lost interest and bleh. there you go.[/b]
