Dancer fucking sucks if that is the spell animations. I can see DAN/NIN tanks sadly. It will be the dumbest looking thing in the history of gaming. Taru DAN/NIN tanking Absolute Virtue or something equally retarded. Those dances were very similar in that they are flamboyant and fruity. They better come up with something awesome for the other new jobs. Scholar looks lame, just another mage job. They better have a third job that is great because Dancer looks like shit.

what pisses me off is every move is the same dance animation with different colored swirlies around their body.. that is gonna get pretty annoying fast.. last thing i wanna see is that animation over and over again in an exp pt for 6 hours /slitswrits

dude.. i used to hear the bard song after i shut the game off in my head.. it was the worst thing ever, the same thing happens to me with an im chime, and the /tell chime as well.... kinda like when you're sitting in a quiet room and think you hear someone in some oterh part of the hosue call your name.. or am i the only crazy one here who has this kinda shit happen to them. short answer: yes

the thing that upset me was i thought i read somewhere that the dances were going to be totally different for each race, but so far it all looked the same except for the mithra and galka since they are just NPCs dancing around at some place lame like a dancers guild.

my brother can play alot of the music from FFXI on the keyboard, and he has never read the music sheets, nor has he played the game. i told him i wanted to learn how to play heavens tower, i sat in the zone for 5 minutes, and 15 minutes later, he showed me how to play it.
