I hate this Galka. He's a rank 5 Pld around my level (level 60 now, I'm 58, he leveled pretty fast lately) And he apparently...has infinite gil. He just bought every good item possible for Galka Pld. Serket Ring, Dark Staff, Earth Staff, Gluttony. This kinda pissed me off because only I can have these things. And just while he hunts for his Gallant Surcoat, he bought a Haubergen. I've also been waiting 2 months for a Desert Stone to come oh AH, and of course the 1 time it comes on, he buys it. Pissed me off. If any of you see him, slap him. /rant |

hmmm This is hard to admit, but Azn is right. You can have the best equipment in the game, it doesnt make you the best player. |

Yarr has a point i have partied with a lot of people with the best stuff for there job and they still cant hack it.... Also be glad you got stuff to buy us dragoons dont really got a big choice when it comes to armor. |

But it also depends on the job i can only talk about dragoon up to 54 cause that is my highest job but there are some jobs that require little or no effort to be good at.....like dragoon there is only so much i can do jump high jump Berserk and make sure i skill chain right on the other hand a job like Black Mage is kind of harder because you got to be aware of so much not to overnuke what element the mob is weak against and how to magic burst i have found this really inportant at my current lvl at 54 when the black mage gets freeze and the other spells like it when they magic burst they can cause anywhere from 250-1100 damage |

dont worry so much about having the best equipment...ive never bought a complete set of the absolute best equipment, because i have the tendancy to die and lvl down, and if such happens, i'd lose all that armor til i got back up again...so i let it hang back a few levels. Right now im 31 and wearing lv 27 brass scale junk...which is fine for a taru who never even gets hit when in parties anyway. Oh, and i'll still slap him for you..ive had similar experiences when it seems like someone is getting everything just before you on AH. do a /shout yomamajoke....you'll feel better. |
