When i come back i think i'm gna start lvling Bst.. Anyone have any pointers? I don't know much about it.... soooo.. any help would be great.. |

I already gave you the hunting thread >.< 1. Don't charm anything until lvl 11 or so 2. Don't Charm anything Above EM unless you have to. Even later levels if you release it, you will still get EXP loss. 3. Duo as much as you can later levels. Infact, try to create a perm-duo. 4. Don't worry about +MP gear. You'll want to switch between Charm/Battle gear alot, so anything +MP will be loss. You can use them if you want to, but i never never really need +MP gear. 5. /WHM > /RDM. Debuffs don't stick very much higher levels.. if they ever stick at all. |

What about /NIN? Not getting hit may be just as good as getting hit and then healing yourself, no? . Of course this is pobably not such a good sub as it may sound, as I don't know the slightest thing about BST. |

BST/NIN is only good for a normal PT.. and only if you have a good weapon. I personally prefer WAR... maybe THF, but i prefer DoT rather than one-hit wonders. Oh, and ignore people who say, "Arn't BSTs supposed to solo?" When you want to start a PT... BSTs are just WARs who use Axes... who can (also) use haubergeon/hauberk/thick gear.... Dank yoo please. |
