The abilities are... not really "new" Job Abilities, heh. They're adjustments to current abilities.

It looks like you can lower the recast times of abilities, or enhance them. Summoners can increase Avatar accuracy and stuff. Mages can increase "potency" of spells.

Hmm, lol, they didn't want to let PLD have Banish III, so as well as making the scroll WHM only, they've removed Banish III from PLD monsters too. That's probably gonna make PLD Maat easy since it was his only "strong" attack, lol.

The SAM Job Trait owns lol. "May" automatically attack again after missing a target.

Artifact Dry Cleaner guy is in Jeuno, everyone rejoiced.

BCNMs record the "record holder(s)" now as well as the record itself.

Tons more, just read it. :P

I dunno, from a HNM standpoint, i think that new WHM ability is looking VERY promising.

omg someone hold me that new Sam job trait is hot about Dam time they Gave it something like that now it's more of the matter... how much will it actuly kick in? Sam misses alot so i hope tons lol. Buy that Trait plus war sub would be gross. i'm going to try and Xp Sam tonight for dun why not lol and i wonder what lvl this Triat is. i hope it;s not something gay like lvl 70 lol.

I was reading the "ENM" battlefields thing, it looks really cool.

The only snag is that if your dead when you open the armory crate, the dead person get's no reward. However, it says you are free to raise them before openning the crate. This confuses me lol, why not just let the dead guy get the reward too instead of forcing you to raise him first? haha.

Actually I think thats amazing. Even better than anything I could have come up with.

You have no idea how anoying it is to have your party screaming for Para only to have Ilma get 2 shotted by byakko while you cure para on kayne.

Its actually insanly helpful.

Im a little dissapointed in the merit upgrades. Im totally just going to dump my points into Cure Speed and Regen.

Sam's accuracy has been countered, now we can miss 2x^^

what happens if you miss double attack? do you attack 2x?

This is a good thing... now we can efficiently gain tp faster than other jobs (granted this trait kicks in often)

Considering the new update for WHM, I'd say it'd be extremely useful to get that Divine Seal recast merit.

Convert recast merit for RDM, something tells me that's going to be a popular one.

Sorry Ninja's, your merit abilities suck, lol. Who even uses those ninjustu spells more than not very often? :P

The PLD ability merits are, so so. Being able to use any of our hate gaining tools faster is a big plus, as much as it's not "our" ability i'd have loved to lower Provoke recast even if only by 5 seconds, lol. Enhancing Cover effect is nice, at the moment one of the few reasons I don't use it much is because it's gone after blocking 3-4 hits, it doesn't last long at all.

I wonder how much this lowers the recast by. Hopefully on abilities that take long to recharge (15 minutes+) it lowers it by a good 2-3 minutes at least, i doubt they'd go as high at 5 minutes. For the smaller 3 minute abilities, i'd like at least 30 seconds, lol.

EDIT: Hmm it just occoured to me that those merits might be stackable. ie: Putting a merit point into it reduces by 30 seconds, adding another 2 merits reduces by another 30 seconds, etc.

Interesting... I hope they raised the merit limits a lot, or I dunno if i'm gonna be able to decide what to take.

Ok, we're fighting X monster who is weak to Fire, so let's call in our Fire Elemental Black Mage specialist.

Considering spreading the merits across all of them would be weaker overall, you'd want to put them all into a single skill (Probably thunder? Maybe wind... I dunno I'm not a BLM.)

Now we're going to need 6 BLM's with each one trained in one element, lol.

now that i think about it, that will come in handy for HNM's... but what does "small radius" mean? lol..

im gonna put merit into cure speed and regen too... maybe d-seal recast depending on how much it reduces it...

and yeah, that sam trait is nice lol

Hmm, SMN one seems ok, I dunno if id do physical accuracy or attack haha, do i wanna do more damage seeing as i do like an assload already on anything other than gods, or do i wanna raise accuracy so i dont cry when it misses and does liek 64 damage. haha. Seems like a pretty awesome update if you ask me. And, even with all this crap, im still gonna exp DRK tonight cause sea is prolly gonna be packed with JP. :P
