Mot, rhymes with hot, as in baa like the sheep, or M-ah-t, the soft sounding "o". The double aa sound is very common in European languages such as Flemish and pronounced as a soft "o" is in English. Interesting that your other option is phrased in such a negative way, "Retards onry". Were you trying to discourage people from voting differently?
