This has to do with the Beastmen helms. I'm assuming A Moral Manifest is the Yagudo helm and they was an inccorect item given when trying to do both quests aalong with the Quadav helm t the same time. |

Lol. Well, it's not THAT hard to determine if this affects you or not. You could always check your quest logs to see if you accepted any of these quests. |
