its been changed again so check it also shown that cd case is open. edit well its closed again and leaving 1" apart lol

Because it fits your needs? The shuffle is geared toward a different need/use than the regular iPod... doesn't make it a piece of shit. Size, function, price all play a part. If i want a simple mp3 player, that really is as small and useable as a usb-key i'd elect for the shuffle. I have a regular 40GB iPod, as well as a USB-Key.. so i wouldn't buy a shuffle for myself. But i bought a friend of mine a shuffle and it suits her needs perfectly. Dont be such a hater  , consider that every one has different needs.
