i dount ballad will do more that norm 2mp/tick and 1mp/tick but will last longer than norm imo
still it looks good

Regnar... you know paeon + 2 makes Paeon IV do 7 hp per tick right? and paeon III regens 6 hp per tick. Theres no reason to believe Ballad +2 wouldn't be 4 and 3 mp regen respectively. Thats nice, but this is also one of like maybe half a dozen items ( and most ofr the same slots) with + singing and/or Wind skill. |

yeah i discussed this alot and i cant beleive you could get 14mp / tick from it would be cool n all but seems unrealistic... will have to wait and see i guess |
