School

That's right, I've noticed a huge decrease in our population, people I thought would never go away whom have just disappeared from our server recently. ^^ Of course, there are a few people who left who I'm bummed to see go... ah well, FFXI is like a summercamp in that sense.

Anyone else notice this? Anyone have ppl they're bummed that are leaving?

Well this should make things a little easier, now that there are more competent people to party with during the weekdays/weekends. ^^b I'm in college atm so my mornings are dedicated to studying weird stuff. . . But I'm kinda wishing I had a laptop to actually dork around with out here in the 3 hours I spend sitting in a computer lab between Spanish and Archery. :(

I'm not leaving though. :D I'm sure alot of the people I talk to aren't either, and if they are. . . >_> I'll drag their arses back. ^-^ unless they've got their whole priority thing going for them . . . then RL > game. lol

I thought College was more of a party type thing.. classes only like 3-4 times a week only 1 hour or so. homework every 2 weeks. i don't know. :D

lol not where I'm going. . . /sulk

Although the homework bit is true. I'm not taking any classes this semester where I have to do much aside from read outside of class. lol. It's the most layed back semester I've had since I started college.

Yeah...it's a good news/bad news story. I think it's more bad news than good news. It's sad to see some of my friends leave and several are leaving for good or very long absences.

I feel the pain of each friend leaving more often than the random omg-I-haven't-seen-that-jerk-lately moment.

I assure you, Miewn, that college is not as you described. In fact, there's quite a bit of work to be done, but unfortunately, that's dependent on if you actually want to do it, and for a VERY large part of the college population, that's simply not going to happen. I have 18 hours of class per week, and I spend about that doing homework outside of class as well.

That said, there are still a crapload of parties. I go to the University of Florida. :O
