Correct me if I'm not understanding this right. What we have is basically a public confession by numerous members that a whole bunch of the LS (DD said 90%? Sounds way too high though.) hacked to obtain and achieve most of what they did?

Farming rare items in Sea with only 4-5 people by using MP resting hacks and stuff? Something along the lines of casting Thunder, warping across the zone, having full MP again in 15 seconds, and kiting again with basically tele-hacking and unlimited MP? Jeez.

lol I was wondering how FS so easily beat Ultima and Omga in limbus. Dispite that they are fairly easy, they did it so consistantly and so often always made me wonder.

I honestly die a little on the inside whenever I see that people hack. Why? Because it's just amazing at how little integrity people have nowadays. Started to read the thread from April that Caduceus posted and I'm about halfway on the first page... that's just depressing.

Yeah, hearing about alot of this kinda stuff makes me less trusting of people than I already am. But at least it lets you know who is doing what on the server, and how to avoid getting mixed in with the "Wrong crowd."

Well since every single endgame LS does it, its almost more wierd to see people not botting at camps. But it appears that Vanacompany still has the most running from the last faf camp I was at. I think I counted 7 bots running with VC. 2 was prolly the least by a NA LS and 5 was the max. That appears to be the average per major camp. Game is really going down hill at a rapid pace. Pretty soon FFXI will come with a bot package for a added price with a 10% off gil coupon for IGE.

My only question is why hasn't anyone with Moderator access pull the download link down from DD's post yet? It's up to 25 downloads now.

If I was SE i'd just program FFXI to instantly warp anyone who ran those hacks (Im sure they must have a copy of it to analyze by now) instantly to Mordion Gaol and let them rot there forever. No warning that it's gonna happen, just instantly warp anyone who has it running as soon as the latest patch is downloaded and playing. If they have it running at the time they'd probably been using it for months and deserve banning for it anyway.

WoW can get away with keeping track of what programs are running on your computer for security reasons (Warden) so I dunno why FFXI can't.

true, I even know a few people in Quetzal that have bots. I try to avoid it but I dont know man, it's depressing. I'm afraid for my own reputation of what "crowd" I'm in if I go anywhere period. Players' integrity is degrading at expodential rates and it's just 'ugh' to me.

I'll try to think about what else I'd want to say, class just ended.

Yah I guess Vaelen is trying to make his boards wow only. He is trying to destroy the Linkshell he created and to be honest I hope he succeeds. With the exception of Ladislav, and a few others, that LS is full of no onothings and it deserves to die.

By the way DD thank you for admitting something I have been trying to prove for a long time. I am glad the cat is out of the bag and you admitted to doing what the entire server knows you do.
