Anyone have any ideas on what to do? My friend is at my house to get started playing FFXI, but when I put his POL id in, it says it is invalid. I'm currently waiting for a phone or web representative to ask about this. I can't think of anything thats wrong with it :\ |

#1: Did he deleted it before quitting? #2: Are you sure it's the correct one ? #3 It's case sensitive (check cap lock) |

Yes Caps lock is on, but they're all caps anyways Used Playstation codes don't count as new ones. |

Thats a joke from Last nights South Park. If your codes dont' work call SE and see what can be done. if Caps Lock isn't the issue. |

Yeah, the real problem was... dyslexia My friend wrote down his codes with some of the wrong letters over the phone, so we eventually had his mom email them, lol. All we got was Pol, FFXI, and ROZ though, CoP wasn't working. |
