Yeah I knew X wasn't "10" because it came before Megaman 7. Reading the arguments on the news page about it was kinda funny.

Originally they weren't going to even make any "Megaman" (Original) series for the SNES, and they were going to leave them on the NES, while "upgrading" the series to "X" on the SNES. Obviously the fans cried so they made a SNES Megaman too.

Personally I prefer the earlier X series (X1-X4) but MM7 was a good game too.

MM:PU on the PSP gonna own btw, omg.

Yeah I have to fight myself not to get a psp just for the remake.

Yeah really. X4 had anime cutscene, good level design and nice story. X5 lost anime cutscene, and game was gayed. X6 had probably the worst level design and pratically no story, lame cutscene and nothing interesting. They even removed the concept of "life" because you would die so much it would have been impossible.

X4 was my most favorite. I loved X5 but it was a little annoying to me and X6 was just lame. X7 gawd... dont get me started on that lol.

PSP remake of X1 adds anime cutscenes back in ftw. And once you complete it you unlock a 20-30 minute Anime to watch based around X joined the Maverik Hunters and how Sigma started his rebellion, etc.

PSP remake of MM1 doesn't get that (although they did add in-game voiced cutscenes), but it gets like everything else. Level creator, 100+ extra challenge stages, ability to play as the Bosses, etc.

Yeah, didnt said anything about the new megaman, beside milking money of remake =p I just feel like they tried to steal our money with x5 and x6. I don't have the impression they put any effort in it, especially compared to previous one.

MMX just came out in UK here today irl.

The 25 minute anime you unlock once you complete it was cool as hell if you're a Megaman fan, lol. Not to mention you get anime intros/endings too. And I just read a little while ago Capcom intend to remake X2 and X3 as well.

i beat x4 with megaman relatively easy but the last boss with zero took me like a month and 3 smashed controllers to beat

yea if i remember correctly there were spikes on the wall that were instant kill and he would blow you into them all the while throwing shit at you and one of his forms his head barely stuck out past the spikes so it was really easy to go to far while trying to melee him and die

That's what I thought. This one was so awesome I had to restart with Megaman to see the ending. I beat it with Zero after, but it was a pain.

Lawl, are you serious? The game was so easy. It was even easier with Zero. I've timed myself, and have completely beaten the game with Zero in under an hour, all heart tanks and that jazz.

To beat it with X is just a bitch, mainly because the buster sucks unless charged fully, and Zero's sabre can destory those annoying yellow balls (lol balls) in cyber peacocks stage if you have the upgrade from storm owl I think.. whichever one turns it purple. Don't get me wrong, X still pwns, but pretty much only if you find a bosses weakness or when you get the plasma upgrade for your charged shot. But, if not, you have to go old school on the bosses ass and just rely on normally charged shots:/ which still isn't that hard

Didnt said Zero sucked. The game was so easy with him 99% of the time. Only the final part of the final boss was a bitch
