using the half life 2 engine, goldeneye from the n64 has been brought to pc with VERY nice looking graphics and online play through steam (http://www.steampowered.com). to play it all you need is the steam client, which can be downloaded from steampowered.com, and counter strike: source, which can be purchased for $20.00 also at steampowered.com. the mod uses the engine that source uses, which is why you need counter strike source. i just thought i'd post this because i know anybody who's anybody fucking LOVED goldeneye on the n64, and me and mikey have been having a god damn blast on the pc version. and it looks fucking beautiful ! so enjoy !

I played it about 6 months ago. There's like, no one ever playing. It's very much faithful to the original, if you can find a game.

the new beta just came out today, there's plenty of servers and people playing now

the first one was avaliable for a short time i tried looking for it everywhere but couldnt. But yea i definitely had a blast playing it.
