I wasn't trying to start an argument, nor do I think its an awful thing to say. People can't help that they're dying most of the time, but everyone dies eventually.
I don't think dying people should be given things just because they're dying and they're bored.
I don't think they're worthless and should be ignored either. If they're not in pain when they're dying, they're lucky.

I think nobody should die unless they want to.
I thinkall kids should be able to grow up and experience life.

It's just charity, some organizations like to participate with stuff like this. I don't know if its purely altruistic of them but it's something they want to do for these dying kids, just let it be.

Why do you think that dying children shouldn't get things just because they're dying? The question that we're all certainly asking is "why does it matter?" Seriously. Nintendo has donated a large quantity of products. It doesn't affect you, and it wouldn't affect even if you were a major stockholder in the company. It's no skin off of Nintendo's nose, and it potentially (probably) helps children deal with the fact that they're cooped up in a hospital. So again: why does it matter, and why do you care?

CHILD'S PLAY is a charity that specifically attracts donations of VIDEO GAMES for children in hospitals. What the fuck is the American Cancer Society going to do with thousands of Nintendo DSs?
