My Wii is defective! Im pretty pissed about it so far.

I got Zelda to work but it wont read Rayman or Monkey Ball. When I try to play Rayman it just gives a black screen forever. When I play Super Monkey ball it gives an error on the screen saying it cant read the disk.

got mine and zelda. i went with two other friends and we met up with another friend later spent the night at his house. 4 player red steel is fucking sick. zelda seems good we didnt play it much. wii sports is ok. trauma center is good also.

how much is the wii ? basic system, no bundle or anything. i saw like a $660 bundle on walmart.com but i can't find anything about just the core system

Im really unhappy with my Wii so far.


1) I cant get Monkey Ball or Rayman to play.
2) I cant get the internet connection to work
3) Couldnt find Component cables anywhere
4) Couldnt find a second nunchuck for my Wii

Other people have been having that problem where it asks for a non-existant start-up disc.

1: Is wireless the only way to go online with it?
2: What does Wii do online?
3: Does the nunchck+controller count as one thing or do they sell separately?

They numchuk sells seperately for 20 bucks but you cant use it without a ($40)wiimote.

How good is zelda? Im probably going to wait for the 2nd shipment of Wii's or get a gamecube just to play Twilight Princess. There arent any other Nintendo games that interest me that much.

Wii is so fucking rad. The slight rumble when you go over a menu button makes navigating so easy.

Bleh I didn't wake up until 1pm EST on Sunday. I fail. No Wii for me for now. Not going to sweat it as I have plenty of games to hold me over and the new Zelda is the only game that looks appealing. That is coming out soon for GC anyway.

Because they want to milk you for more money and force you to buy a Wii. Nintendo knows you will spend more to get things early.

It makes perfect sense.
Launch the zelda with wii = instant sucess.

The game was about to be released for gc about the same time the wii was coming out. It makes perfect sense to retool the game and have it come out for the wii first instead of gc.
THis happened wiht another zelda game. Majora mask. But that time they didn't port it over to the gamecube, a mistake they paid for in sales. Majora's mask was insanly great but mostly ignored because it was overshadowed because of the ps2 and upcoming gc. If it was ported over to the gamecube it would have been an instant success

Wii Sports alone is worth it. lol The tennis game with friends is probably the most fun I've had playing a game in long time.

im in love with golf, im buying the next gold game that comes out just because of how much fun wii sports golf is
