Its actually pretty tight, the harder levels start to get kind of annoying but its an extremely fun game to play in easy mode haha.

Finally got a Wii :) Circut City online was selling them a little while ago. Wii, Zelda, extra nunchuck, and extra wiimote on the way. Says I should get by 12/29 (I paid for faster shipping lol).

I don't really understand how people are breaking stuff with the wiimotes, its pretty retarded. Although I'll admit when I did fish in Zelda in the lake it was a life and death struggle between me and electronic fish data. I'm glad no one saw me fishing. I probably looked like Micheal J Fox on methamphetamines.

The general masses are getting ahold of video game systems. And thus, wiimotes have become projectiles.

If you lived anywhere near me I'd sell it to you for almost nothing or let you borrow it or something lol. I just beat it a couple minutes ago  Onward to the mirrored version.

I am so damn excited!

Oh my god I got one today.

Started out by going to the dentist (Yay for geting teeth cleaned! Sat there and played GBA while they worked..) and then we went Wii/DSLite shopping! At Best Buy we found them wheeling a cart of electronics to the proper aisle and .. Lo and behold! There sat three Wiis! I grabbed one before the guy got it on the shelf. Been playing Zelda since then.. Had to take a break because my nunchuck hand was sore, and it was time for Limbus..

but holy hell, I've been excited about this game and the Wii, too.. And yet I'm still just blown away at how amazing the gameplay is. The graphics are just gorgeous.. not truly realistic, but they have the 'fantasy' feel that Zelda has always captured. And the details.. Holy hell, the details! I spent a good half hour or so just chasing the animals around because they were so realisticly made, in both appearance and movement. The chickens cluck and run away if you dash at them, and the cat leers at you until you get too close, then skiddaddles away.. But if you just stand there, the cat will lie down and watch the birds that gather on the picnic table! And frogs, too, on the bank! I chased one of those around for a while, too, just watching them swim.. and actually swim like a real frog.. And .. oh geez, ever do a Roll into a goat's head? ahahahaa..

And people's expressions! Their body language is so perfect, I don't even have to read the text to know what they're saying! And some of Link's expressions are just .. Priceless! XD And yet I've only begun!

I've just gotten back into Ordon, wolf form. And I've already spent 4 hours because I like to run in circles in the woods. And other places too... #-o

(And geez this was supposed to be a quick post..)

I finally got my Disc drive to glow blue, lol. I had to send an email to my gmail account then back to the wii.

When I played Zelda for the Gamecube it took me around 50 hours (very little idle time) to beat it, because I spent so much time running in circles and paying attention to detail. Now on the Wii I'm almost finished with it @ 20 hours lol. The Wii controls for that game get better and better with special items and unlocked sword+shield attacks. I find myself hack and slashing a little more hardcore than necessary lol. I do it as if I'm really doing it irl.

My disc drive only glows blue when I turn the Wii on  Does yours stay glowing blue Ponuh?

Gotta send an email to yourself and not check it. First send one to your normal email then you have to send it back to your wii.

I'm at 42 hours on zelda and I haven't beaten it yet. I'm really going through and doing everythign I can find.

Cool I'm gonna do that.

How are you liking Zelda? I also spent a lot of time stuck on puzzles and stuff, trying tons of wrong solutions lol. It's all fresh in my head so I remember all the parts that stumped the hell out of me. I didn't collect all the bugs, hearts, poes, or complete the Ordeals tower from hell. I plan on doing that this time through after I get to the end.

Zelda has bar none always been my favorite game. Link to the Past was my surrogate third parent, and I've been very faithful to the series ever since. I believe that the 3D-generation zelda gameplay is superior. Twilight Princess is certainly the best zelda game ever made. The dungeon design is top-notch, the visuals are gorgeous, and the new items are so hilariously fun it's ridiculous (the spinner). That being said, Wind Waker will always be my favorite zelda. I don't want anyone to comment on how much they dislike wind waker because I truly don't care (and it seems whenever I bring it up people always do). So this zelda is clearly the BEST, but it isn't my favorite. I'd say that personally for me it's WW>TP>MM=OoT>LttP>LoZ in the main series. The first four titles (WW TP MM and OoT) are also my top four games of all time.

I wouldn't say this is the very best, but it certainly adds some great features and items. I loved the ball and chain and was happy to find much increased use for the iron boots. The spinner was great and I loved that boss fight in the desert temple, but it seems like ocarina had more stuff to get, which I don't know exactly how to explain. OoT had craploads of items and armors like the silver/gold gauntlets, 2 necessary extra jerkins, an optional sword, magic, magic arrows, etc.

I'd have to say though, that this was the easiest collection of dungeons thus far. Not to say they weren't fun but they just didn't seem to bend the brain like some of Link to the Past or Ocarina's temple's could. I was especially shocked by the lack of challenge/annoyance in the water temple.

I'll say that these dungeons seemed brand new and excellently designed. I LOVED the temple of time, the arbiter's grounds, and the icepeak ruins. I think horseback fighting was the most exciting thing I've ever seen in a Zelda game.

I think this was also a great new iteration of Link as well. The way I see Link usually is someone who's alone, empty-handed, and will rely mainly on his resources. He has no personal reason to fight and only does it because he's the hero of heroes. This Link had people to protect, the kids, Rusl, and Ilia were all important to him. Midna becomes very important to him and the way I saw this game was that Hyrule is saved early on and the real meat of the game involves saving the Twilight. We get to see Link in immediately heroic circumstances (I wanted to make out with Link when he charged through kakariko to save Colin). Another thing about this Link is the flair they added to him. When you draw your sword just as you spur Epona he'll hold it up in the air as a challenge: that is bad ass. He has the special sheathing animation if you put away your sword just as an enemy dies, and I don't think any previous Link would use something like the Mortal Draw. lol

The fighting in this game was like a perfected version of Wind Waker where you could hit directions to lead your swings and use special attacks. I think this game lacked a large number of dangerous monsters (things that try to kill you actively) and had more of the enemies you just shrug off as environmental obstacles. However I do say this game had some of my favorite bosses ever. The desert temple fight, Air temple fight, and forest temple fight were really nice. I was pleased with the Shadow of the Colossus-ness of the water and air temple fights lol. The final boss fight (more specifically the third and fourth parts) were amazingly fun, even though they were easy.

One thing I HATED about the game was the number of chests with fucking rupees in them. I see a chest across a room in a dungeon, hidden away through a series of puzzles and I finally work my way to it for 20 rupees. Rupees which will not fit in my wallet because I opened a bunch of other rupee chests already. Fuckem.

It was definitely great and super, and it definitely had more in certain ways than any of the other Zeldas, but it's hard to say it's the best. Not to say it's not the best, but it would be hard to say. lol

I played this for the Cube btw (ThankYa KluYa) and took 52 hours but that's with around 12 hours idling lol. I played it pretty straight through, I got 5 special attacks, ended the game with 14 hearts, and only collected 26ish poe souls and less than 10 golden bugs. I guess that's pretty shitty performance for 40ish hours of real gameplay haha.

Personally I think Link is supposed to be a child, and always should be a child. Somewhere people got the idea that Link is an adult from OoT, but he never is. The teenage version is pretty cool, though.

"Grown-up" Link in OoT would be somewhere between 13-16 so I never understood people saying he's an adult. In this one he looks more like Ocarina Link but they made sure to make his character really short(he's friggin tiny) so I still tend to think he's a very young dude. He'd come off as too obviously strong if he was a full-grown adult. He'd be a thin Ganon. His small size is necessary for the Courage angle, his Courage makes him grow beyond himself.

Adult Link looks like he's in his early twenties. Kid link looks about 13, lol.

Baby link in OoT looked like a little 7 year old to me lol. There are 13 year olds who are taller than I am, I don't think baby link is 13.

I guess it's all of the toxic waste. Seriously, that's the first thing I think of when I think of Jersey: garbage.

Jersey is like Mordor, we have mountains of garbage, rivers of shit, greasy rain, and a veritable army of smelly indians and jerseytalians to keep the unwelcome at bay.
