Xbox360 has the US nextgen market Hands down. Xbox will continue to have the same repetitive FPS action with slight improvements.

While PS3 has the JPN Nextgen market hands down. And will continue to have the same crappy RPG storys with nextgen graphics (FF etc. etc.) With a god awful online service. "Why can't I just buy King of Fighters from Japan PSN market!?"

The two are like apples and oranges. Both have great features. But like it or noth their both in the same food group and are both here to stay... for atleast 4 more years

Many gamers on this forum will at one time or another probably end up owning 2 out of the 3 systems mentioned if not all 3 at one time in their life. XBox just has the lead and the game selection for the moment.

If i want to play an FPS ill use a mouse and keyboard not a crappy xbox controller i can only imagine the 360 controller is as big of a pos as the original xbox controller was.

The 360 controller is one of the better controllers I've ever used (gamecube is my favorite). The original xbox controller was the WORST one i've ever used

lol Kluya, I did the other way when FFVIII came out I bought that game first before I had PS1 system so I played it at my brother's house and it was awesome then a week later I bought PS1.


Now as for 360, I am not buying those yet due to plms that they have still and one of my wife's family have 360 also Halo 3 as well but when I went down there for thanksgiving to try out but 3 day before thanksgiving their 360 took a toll of Red Ring of Death. It was sent in for replacement or repairs before I got a chance to play.

I've always thought Nintendo made the best controllers. I haven't given the Wii much chance, so I'll reserve judgement.

It's almost like he has his own mini-Knights of the Round there.

I was always partial to the PS2 controller as the best controller. The giant original XBox controller was the worst.

I really don't understand how anyone can say the PS3 has better games than the 360 or even the Wii, considering that they just aren't there. Do people really think Uncharted is better than something along the lines of Bioshock? I understand the need to defend your investment, but c'mon.

Next price drop I'll probably take the plunge and get the PS3 for it's Blu-Ray capabilites now that Blu-Ray 2.0 is out, and pick up the handful of games that are worth owning. I still want to try Folklore.

Now I've only played 2 games online for PS3; Call of Duty4, and Warhawk. With both I've had little to no problem playing online. Pretty much everyone who I know that's played both CoD4 and Halo3 have picked CoD4 online play over Halo3 (Except for the diehard halo fanboys, because they have a man-crush on mastercheif). Not to mention, I've run across an older player base on CoD4 since every 10 year old wants Halo because it's the cool thing. Since hear a 10 year old prepubecent voice calling me the N-word, is not my thing I'll stick to CoD4 and PS Online over Xbox. Fuckin' 10 year olds, I hate children. As for other PS3 vs Xbox360 games online (I've only played FPS) GoW wasn't as fun as Warhawk IMO. Are there any other Xbox FPS online games I haven't played?

i dont understand why people get soo upset over how un-revolutionary the wii is compared to the other next gen consoles... it was $150, not a big deal. it was worth it for me. a game can only hold my interest for so long, unless its SSB. im going golfing, have fun with your RROD and your overpriced piece of plastic and wires.

and where did you find a wii for $150.00? Everywhere I look, online and otherwise I see bundles.

I seriously think I can count on one hand how many times I have even physically seen one on a store shelf since it came out.

I want the ps network to work out, but it isn't as robust and complete feeling as xbox live is. Sony as a long way to go to make it compete directly with xboxlive. Making it free will pay it off for them in the long Run.

Also Playstation Home seems like its going to have alot of potential but still nothing right now worth while.

I tried the demo of folklore. I didn't like it much man. See reinheld's post is as neutral as it gets lol.
I played bioshock. ANd i fucking loved it. Its just as simple as it gets. At the moment the 360 has the best games right now.

nor would any game be enough to warrant buying into the red ring of failure (RROF). i'll play halo at other people's houses (halo 2 > halo 3; also xbox controllers > xbox 360 controllers) but i wont bother with owning the system, i already have a paperweight and it only cost me $2.
