Don't you realize that games are more important then anything else? On another note ET, sucks for the Jags being the third best team in the AFC, and getting the 5th seed. They should do it where record is more important then division winner. Still have the division winners in, but have the seeding based on the records.

I have Gamefly sending me Devil May Cry 4 and Lost Odyssey as soon as they are released. That should be an interesting 2 weeks. Definitely looking forward to it as soon as I finish playing Mass Effect. I am still playing Rainbow Six: Vegas and my friend Matt complains if I play something else lol. Fucking annoying, even though I love the game.

Oh well, that is the way it goes as far as division winnners are concerned. The Jags beat the Steelers and the Chargers already this year. The Steelers lost Willie Parker, I doubt they will win versus the Jags. The Titans could beat the Chargers imo, but Cleveland just doesn't have a good enough defense. If the Titans/Browns win they go to New England, otherwise the Jags go versus the Patriots. I hope for high winds and snow in that case haha.

The Jags could beat the Pats, I think they are the only ones from the AFC that can right now. Unless Indy get healthy fast, but w/o Freeney their defence line is not to good. The Jags are strong against the Pats weakness, they match up well. Plus they are playing hot. If those two play against eachother, it should be a real good game.

Freeney is overrated against the run, the Jags push him around like a bitch. He is a good pass rusher but they have enough of those to be honest. Robert Mathis has been playing better than Freeney for the last year plus. I have seen this with my own eyes and it is evident in the qb pressure and sacks numbers. Their rookie DT has been good and actually has replaced Booger McFarland. I hate the Colts, but this year they are actually better than last year. Harrison will be the difference maker that Bob Sanders was in last year's playoffs.

The Colts are the best team in the league overall. This is the fastest team defense Dungy has had in Indy.

Freeny's number are down cause he get double teamed more. Not saying Mathis isn't any good, but having two def ends that can rush the pass are always better then one. Mathis is gonna get the double teams leaving who on the other side? No fucking clue here lol. One star pass rusher will always make his teammates look better.

I agree the system where we have wildcard teams with better records than top 4 seeds is retarded. It rewards teams in a weak division, like the seahawks. Compare that to the NFC East which for the second year in a row has a chance of sending 3 teams to the tournament (if the skins win this weekend), including the Giants who could end up with more wins than the NFC West champion seahawks.

Honestly, if the Giants don't act like a bunch of faggots (not likely) they can beat the patriots. The team's make-up is similar to that of the Jags with a very strong running game and a powerful pass rush. The problem for the Giants is they have dogshit defensive backs for the most part and eli and the receivers are totally random. One never can know if they'll get a good game from the Giants.

Jags can beat the pats for sure.

Seahawks have been heating up actually. They aren't really limping into the playoffs. Eli Manning will have to improve considerably for the Giants to go places in the playoffs, nevermind beating the Pats. It would be nice to see them do it, but I see it as highly unlikely.

Indy should be fine against most teams pash rush wise, even without Freeney. Their D is improved from last year, no joke. Their pass D is rated number 1 overall in the NFL without Freeney (he is chip blocked by running backs on passing downs). Steelers still have the best run D among the playoff teams, despite Jacksonville running on them fairly well. Freeney might be the most overrated defensive player in the NFL in my opinion. I have watched him for years and he would be a situational player at best on other defenses. Dungy likes small fast guys though. The Colts can be run on, just need to neutralize Bob Sanders, their true best defensive player.

The offense of the Jaguars is what is hot. Garrard can move the chains and has no receiver he locks in on anymore to be predictable and get interecepted. The new coaching staff helped Garrard quite a bit it seems. Fred Taylor is opening games with huge runs and has been coming out at halftime with over 100 yards rushing lol. The guy is averaging crazy numbers for yards per carry in the last 4 games. The Jaguars D worries me actually. Their stats are skewed due to the bad games against the Saints and Titans (Titans 282 yards rushing in week 1). They have had some good games, and they get leading tackler Mike Peterson back in time for the playoffs most likely.

I don't think the Giants can do anything untill Manning controls the ball better. His TD to Int ratio is way to high. Should be an interesting game though, the Giants don't have a real shot at winning the SB, but they do have a shot to beat the pats, or atleast hurt their SB chances. I think the pats will play to win, and so will the Giants. I think if they win against the pats, they will be the second most remembered team this year(unless the pats lose the SB). Being the team to beat a perfect team does get remembered. I think the pats will lose a key player trying to win this game, seams like that happens a lot in situations like this, playing hard in a game that has no playoff implications for them.

Jags are hottest team in football right now. As much as it pained me to see it, I knew the Jags were gonna destroy my beloved Raiders.

The thing with the Patriots is this, anyone can run on them. They just score too much for people to keep running. If a team can keep the score close, they can win on the ground. I think the Jags defense is capable enough of keeping the big plays down,a nd I think the offense can keep their D rested. Just run 80% of the game.
