meh.. i agree that it basically looks like a kiddie game... i mean my friends tell me its the shit or w/e by describing how badass mickey mouse is and that smacking things around with a key is awesome.. cmon now..
i can probably predict the story too: some kids get high in disneyland, they have a big dream of adventures and shit, add some ff characters, and a happy cheesy ending.

lol i thought KH was a stupid game too before i played it, I dont care whether or not disney is in the game because its good. You sir have a problem because you let a company that has nothing to do with making the game bar yourself from playing a great, fun, exciting game

The cs are annoying. If you skipped all the scenes I bet you could beat this game in 15 hours lol. I watch them anyways and I agree they aren't all that great. I like both Disney and Square also.

The game play is awesome though, which is what makes the game fun for me.

Yeah, on proud mode I'm skipping all the cutscenes, and I made it through the first part of the game where you play as Roxas in about 45-50mins. But then again, I knew exactly what to do from playing it once. Dunno about any of you, but my first time through there was a bitch.

I like the improvements to the battle system for #2. It's a crapload faster than the first, and you have more control over sora's actions. The fights with Sephiroth and the last boss were both awesome, because with the acute control over sora you actually get into a swordfight, and not a jump>glide>special attack>glide away fight like you would in KH1. Only problem with this was I ended up never using any summons, and any magic besides cure or thunder were very rarely used, because you could make sora such a beast if you set the right AP skills and figured out the best way to string combos.

Lol, Sephiroth was a pretty intense fight. I have to say I was really pleased with it because it took me about 18 tries before I finally beat him. And the final bosses were done really well too. I didn't care too much for the one where Sora and Riku where on that flying car thing and you had to absorb enemy attacks.

But yeah, I never used summons until I had to. Which was to complete Jiminy's Journal which means combining Genie with all 4 Forms, and using stich a shitload of times in the hades cups.

One magic spell I used a lot was Blizzaga. It was really easy to cap out Final Form with the Ultima Weapon and spamming Blizzaga in The World That Never Was. And if you thought the game was easy, you must be playing on standard, because Proud mode is exceptionally harder.

Yeah I haven't gone back for a second playthrough mainly due to my empty schedule irl and busy schedule in-game lol. I used Thundaga for the final form leveling because you don't have to aim it, just transform and unload. Also picked up Ace Combat Zero which is friggin superb, and I'm busy trying to get all the planes/paints/cutscenes in that.

Sephiroth fight was great. For me the whole thing took place in the air, full-blown juggle combo match, it was like fighting the advent children battle lol.

Beat it just now first time @ 40 hours (probably 3-4 idle time). Jiminy's Journal 87% completed ftl. Looks like I have some tedious work ahead

87% ouch >.< I had 1% left the first time I beat it. Hades cups and Synthesis. Those two things counted as 1% and easily took me over 10hrs. I really don't reccommend 100% his journal unless you want to be like me and prove you can actually do it. The ending movie isn't worth the BS of Jiminy's fucking journal. If you just want to see it just to see it, it's easy to find on myspace.
