Once he sent one to me I could send to him. Right now I can't send one to you, your name doesn't appear, still just your number and it's gray. :/

I think we both have to have eachother added, and each log into the Wifi atleast once afterwards. Otherwise it's grey. I'll do it asap when I get home today. 6 more hours of work left ftw

I'll add you also Panther. I read you can send more than 1 message per hour if you change the DS clock to an hour later after sending your message. Sounds tedious to me! I think it means you have to send/recieve mail, save, shut the DS down, change the time, log back into the game, send/recieve mail, save, rinse repeat. Let me know if any of those steps can be avioded!
