I read it's the exact same game, even with graphics. The only difference is using a GC controller instead of the wiimote/nunchuck. I'm buying the GC version tomorrow.

That, and both games are exact mirrors of eachother. Meaning, if you turned left at the first room in dungeon one(on GC), it'd be like turning right on the Wii version. lol

I heard it has something to do with having to make the wii-mote right-handed in the wii version, and link traditionally being left-handed was preserved in the gamecube version, although I'm not sure. I didn't know the entire game was mirrored, I thought it was just link.

I'll be playing it on the gamecube. It's why I bought the gamecube.

http://www.nintendo411.com/articles/50/1/Wii-version-of-Twilight-Princess-completely-mirrored-to-make-Link-right-handed/

It was announced a while ago, this is just the first article i found off yahoo. I

got the Wii version because i wanted the prettier graphics and Wii Sports. That, and i could never get used to the GC controller heh.

I don't mind playing it at 480i with no 16X9. I'll just play it on my SD tube TV in my bedroom. What pisses me off is the game is sold out everywhere here already. I have been calling around all morning. I should have pre-ordered it. I can only go look for it on my hour lunch break or after work.

Yeah it came out today in stores here. Some sites say it came out on the 11th and some on the 12th. Several GameStops and EB Games I called said they didn't even recieve enough copys to fill their pre-orders lol. I guess Nintendo shipped less than expected all around.

"Released" usually means the shipments are on their way.

Most websites show the shipping date and the date you can buy it is the next day, the computer at the game store shows the shipping date also so if you're talking to a retard at the store they'll give you that date instead of the sale date.

I originally read they were supposed to ship on the 11th but not available in stores till the 13th. But I read reviews posted by people saying they bought it on the 12th. Tomato Tamado.

I read nothing but good reviews on this game still. It sounds like the god of video games. I see a lot of people comparing it to Ocarina of Time, which is my all time favorite Zelda game. Majoras Mask and Wind Waker both made me weary of Zelda's future.

Game Informer gave it two 10s. They rub their dick all over xenosaga in gameinformer but not even that got 2 10s. I have never wanted a game as much as this.

Man me either :( I still get mad when I think about the Wii release date. I was under the impression they would be so available I could walk right into best buy when they opened and not even see a line...that couldn't be farther from the truth. If I could turn back time I would have been there at midnight that Saturday night/Sunday morning.....

We got ours yesterday, something like 22 copies with 41 perorders lol. What was weird though is only like 8 copies were picked up. So, my store has 14 or so GC Zeldas for sale tomorrow (Thursday) for walk-in customers. You should call your EB tomorrow morning and double check. (preordered games are only held for 48 hours)

I swung by Wal Mart on my way into work this morning, and they had a ton of them. Got it for $52. I'm sch a good mood right now, despite the fact I have to work for 8-9 more hours :/ I wish I had vacation time left....

Wow this game is amazing. The controls are great and the graphics look very good for Gamecube. I got 5 hours in, and I'm going to bed now. The first 2 hours of the game didn't interest me, but it got a lot better! The story is off to a good start. I'm very happy with this game.

I'm 20 hours in now, and I have to say this may be the best video game I've ever played in my life. It is already my favorite Zelda.
