So. PSP is getting "The Dracula X Chronicles" and god dammit it's amazing. I don't have a PSP anymore, but this and MGS: PO is making think again.

Basically, the long missing gaming masterpiece Rondo of Blood is being released and enhanced for the PSP. However! It will include the original version and the full version of Symphony of the Night. And being that Symphony of the Night is the sequel to Rondo of Blood... it's pretty exciting stuff. Now, maybe they'll release this for XBLA, but while I can dream, it's pretty unlikely.

Here is a video of some gameplay: http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/8896

Yea, but there's a big difference between being interested in two games and actually buying it. I'm just glad I never paid retail price for the new or used systems. Maybe if the PSP dropped to 100 bucks, I'll be sold. But, that's not going to happen for a long time.

yeah I'm just amused that Sony's new business model is to duck behind the handful of their remaining exclusive popular franchises to completely drive sales. They don't realize the hardware is incredibly unappealing.

It's also funny considering Sony wouldn't allow IGA to make a 2D Castlevania for their consoles prior to the major success of the DS Castlevania's.

Figures they make a cool Castlevania for the PSP. I guess the DS might not be able to run a game looking like that, but they could do a little better than what they did.
