This is for people that own more than 1 of the systems above. It's been about 2-3 months since the release of the newest generation of game consoles. This isn't exactly an arguement over which system is better but more of which system is giving you the best bang for your dollar. Which system do you find yourself playing more since you have owned it?

um, nintendo is going to win this one for bang for the buck, since it costs like $30 bucks as opposed to the $300 xbox, and $3000 ps3.

I played Zelda for Wii but haven't really played anything since. I played FFXI a lot on my 360 when I first got it, but hardly anything since I quit. Mostly demos and movies. I don't like any of the games for it. I'm buying a PS3 next week and I'll probably play it the same amount as the other 2. I don't know what's wrong with me.

Well, I voted Wii only because I spent so much time playing every bit of zelda. At this moment, there are 10 times the amount of games I want to play for 360 though. I'd say that in the next few months I'll probably spend far more time playing the 360.

360 has the best games and will continue to have the best games untill next year. Super smash might even things out a little but seriously if you bought one console it'd have to be 360.

I have a Wii but i'd rather be playing competetivly in Halo/Gears/R6:vegas online then screwing around with Wii sports. (only when i have friends over.) Zelda to me is a moot cause you only play through it once every 2-3 years and its out on GCN anyway.

I played Aalan's Wii and Zelda controls better with a GCN controller lol. They had the game originally designed with the GCN controller in mind and it shows. Wii is a gimmick due to the fact that you can sit down and only use your wrist to the play the games. This will not change as the remote can't detect anything but hand movement basically. Wii has no HD and Super Smash isn't online so thats a major LOL. Add in graphics that are barely better than GCN and only 480p and you get a major laugher. Maybe my opinion on the Wii will change once they release some games that utilize the remote better, but right now its an overrated piece of crap. Glad I didn't buy one when I had the chance honestly.

360 needs a bigger HD to some, or you can attach an external USB drive to it and move shit onto that. I use my iPod to play my soundtracks on my 360, so no need to store music on the HD. Plenty of good games coming out and several already out. The future of the 360 does look pretty bright as it has online play and several other things going for it. I doubt they will make a dent in the Japanese market even with Blue Dragon and Gears of War selling decently for games on an American made console.

PS3 has games coming out that look good, but nothing substantial worth buying the system for imo. Everything released save Resistance that is any good is already out on 360.

I played all the way through Zelda on GC/Wii and liked Wii controls more. I had much more fun with the Wii version. I did rush buying a Wii mostly for that game. Nothing else I've played interests me enough to own. But like I said, same goes for 360 at the moment. Both systems have great games coming out this year which will be nice. Also I'm sure we will see better graphics for Wii. It's still pretty new. a good 480p signal has potential to look nice as a crappy 720p/1080i signal has potential to look like crap. I'm actually looking forward to buying a PS3 so I can compare it to 360 myself. And compare Blu Ray movies to HD DVD extensively with an open mind.

I thought you'd both want to play blue dragon and lost odyssey. I guess if you didn't like Chrono Trigger you probably wouldn't like them either.

Blue Dragon looks interesting, but not enough for me to pay for a 360 and the game. The battles in Blue Dragon look a lot more entertaining than the uber-simplistic gameplay of Chrono Trigger. Plus Blue Dragon has a job system. I don't see a ton in common with Chrono Trigger, other than they are both rpgs and the same people worked on both games.

based on screenshots i would say im not interested in blue dragon, no matter if it had a good battle system or jobs. the anime look & empty environments = no thx.

lost odyssey im not sure. can't tell from the few (good looking) screenshots

the DS is the only system with interesting games coming out. but i just can't picture myself playing it.

My favorite time to play DS is right before I go to sleep. It's a comfortable position to play DS, lying in bed with the DS propped up on your chest. I usually have a blanket over me, so the DS is further propped up to my eye level. Sometimes I'll play DS in my computer chair, reclined back and a pillow on my stomach to prop up the DS. It's important to be in a comfortable position to play lol.

the 2 above statements just kinda made me snicker. "DS..." so that's what you call it huh?

I play with "my DS" furiously in the shower. Other times, I play "DS" while on the net, my girl just loves my "DS!" :p~
