How many times have we all been in or making a party need a key job, like rdm, brd or tank were like 5/6 and have a awsome set up. Only to right when your about to send tell their comment is in jp but you can make out jp onry clear as day or even worse they have a J next language and just don't respond?


Well i have a xbox 360 game for you it's called midway battles or something like that. It's basically a ww1 recreation it pins the allied american forces against the battle hardened JP. You basically control ships, planes subs, aircraftcarriers, so on and so forth.Of course being a 360 game it's online and thats where it shines

First get on the american team, and for all those times they wouldn't
exept our n/a invites blow the hell out of there fleet. I usually use subs and its fun to put a few fish in the hull of one of the jp boats. Or if sailing aint your thing you can command a bomber squadron standard or torpedo, also there's the fighter squad the grafics are freakin awsome. From the flames to explosions to the shear movie style presentation, and oldschool music. So if you ever feel the need to vent get this game and i'll see you in the skys lol.

Back when we played it was easier for NA or EU players to get into JP parties because the JP's hadn't caught on to us yet.

My rep secured me a fair share of JP parties but I still got pretty pissed in clutch times when I got that lame excuse.

well 1st i'm old school i lvled rng in 04 so thats pre toua pre rng nerf. So i would get invites 10sec after loggin on lol. I'm reffering to the... hey i'm a lvl a job besides nin,rng brd,blm rdm times when you need that refresh or meat shield.Hell some ppl would do only rng brd burns the jp hate na but i got zm4-sky off a random jp invite that needed a tank i was a 64nin at the time.

We used to 2 Rng darters in the tree as fast as we could link them. Screw fighting crabs. Hell we used a war tank when we did it.

dude when jps ignore you or send you squigglesqquiggle back or say no thanks or jp onry or w/e it really pisses me off, that's one of the top 3 things that invokes the Jimbean tarutaru rage. The other 2 being: when you sit around for 2 hours trying to make a pt cuz you can't find that last "important" job like a tank or refresher, to finally get one and be heading to camp only for them to turn around and say they have to go or only have 30mins to pt.. it's like "then why the eff did you even seek or accept my invite you dooshlet." The third being when you're at a camp that can only comfortable hold 1 pt and some other pt shows up refusing to leave and you're both stepping all over eachother's dicks for mobs and chains (the worst is the ebony pudding camp in mt. zhylom where uncorteous jps come and refuse to team up, but will solo all day and night so you can't get any chains above 5 with a full pt)

I don't think I even wanted to play with 75% of the North American players much less anyone from another country. Honestly I don't blame them for being xenophobic when some retard macros "/p I SUMMON GREAT KAMIKAZE GARUDA ROAR!!" The JP parties I did have though were usually very nice and accommodating. Yeah, Japan has more than their fair share of retards though, I remember a few occasions.

I had quite a few JP xp parties as a BRD, well outside my perma which was NA. Some were excellent and others were retarded... like the JP taru that was DRK/BLM lol. The JPs were really nice to me, but I played BRD so yeah.

Never had problems with jp, except one jp whm who was spamming banish and meleeing. I told him if he wouldn't cast any haste he wouldn't get any refresh. He did not comply. He soon disbanded, we continued as 5.

What's funny is that when we first started playing Limitation and I were pseudo-adopted by a Japanese player named Rubystar who would help us do all the mildly difficult tasks in early game. And since s/he/it was a dragoon... I hit 75 before they did on my DRK and ended up helping them out with endgame stuff. Haha. That was my first real exposure to a lot of the people who ended up in StarOnions. The people who weren't in Gana's group but were still annoying. Was it SO? I have no idea. It's been fucking forever. lol

I remember Rubystar from our Mission 2-3 expedition. Ah, the memories. FFXI was so cool when it was all new. I always get nostalgic for old video games, though. Sometimes I wish we were still in the SNES days.

i remember thinking west ronfaure was foggy, scary, and easy to get lost in. then the beastmen won ronfaure and crystals didnt drop for like 2 weeks. then when the crystals returned i remembered that they had dropped like the first 3 days of NA release but i had forgotten.
