I seriously need to save up for a 360 >.<

looking for a few games that are still enjoyable to play in my spare time. I just can't bring myself to replay ffxi or Wow (although I got an itch to immerse myself in that but I can't bring myself to do it). I don't have that much time to really pour into something. Anyone tried the Lord of the Rings Beta?

I currently have a PS2 and a laptop. (yea I'm kinda broke)

Recently I enjoyed beating God of War (a friend is lending me God of War II this weekend), and I demolished FFXII (beat Yiazmat and all that). So what do you guys suggest/enjoy? I picked up Supreme Commander (PC) while at the local Wal-Mart but I put it down. The last game I really enjoyed the shit out of was Dragon Quest VIII and Shadow of the Colossus. So what's fun?

FFV advance was fun for game boy.

I've been playing oblivion on my step brother's xbox360. I think they have it for PC too if you don't have a 360.

I also play Mario RPG a bit too. I think the story is kinda cheesy tho.

O and there's always Defend Your Castle on putfile arcade if you don't mind sore wrists.

Oblivion will keep you as busy as a MMORPG but instead of grinding you'll be doing lots and lots of quests. Based on your post in the FFXI section, it might be a good game for you.

Play the Xenosaga games for PS2! You should be able to get the first 2 used for very cheap.
