Anybody check this out? I just played with my roommate and a friend (on his 360). I got my ass kicked all over the place. Game looks pretty nice though. I don't see myself getting into the multiplayer, but I'll definately give the storyline a shot. I'm not a Halo fanboy btw. Not at all.

It was fun the other night when I played. The new weapons will need some adjusting and the new smaller warthog is really not even worth having in the game when there are already ghosts imo. Shield generator is cool and so are the doors that you can walk through but can't shoot or throw grenades through. The spiky grenades are interesting and I need to get used to those vs the plasma and regular frag grenades (you can tag people with the spiky ones). Spartan laser is retarded and was too easy for me to rack up 4 straight kills every time I got my hands on it (eventually you get gangraped). The Brute cannon w/e is similar in that regard as far as being overpowered. I haven't seen any swords or sniper pistols lol. I really like the Higher Ground map and Snowbound is not as good. Seems people are constantly playing those two maps on Slayer.

I played on one map on Slayer (didn't play any others). It was where you start on some tower with blue launcher thingys at the ends, that launch you out to the battlefield. The kids we were playing against seemed like they play that fucking game non-stop.
