I think it's a rental game Jim. I bought it because I already had it pre-ordered and fully paid. I've read people have played through the entire game multiple times already. I guess it isn't long...like 9ish hours. I'm not far into it (haven't had time) but I plan on playing through it this weekend.

One cool thing is if any of your friends on xbox live are on the same map as you, you see a glowing orb with their gamertag picture and name. You can then join them or invite them to your game. I saw a friend run by me but didn't join him. I'm gonna play through the game before I start messing with the co-op stuff. I read it's co-op is pretty weak anyways.

my big complaint is that if you join a player you become his henchman and you lose your whole toon, the only thing that goes back with u is gold and exp. the game is pretty cool but very very very overrated. i bought it and im playing on my roommates 360 cause i don't have my 360 anymore sold it cuase nothing i wanted to play was coming out, but yea im trading this in as soon as i finish it.. or selling it to my roommate

I've seen Mikey in Bowerstone market (town square) like 10 times. Stewie Griffin dressed for one of his sexy parties. BLacksmithing is really fun for me. I like trying to keep chains going.

I wouldn't buy it unless you really liked the first fable. Its not a bad game, just short. I ran through half the game saturday and finished it off with my brother today in co-op. its pretty fun to have two people with a level 5 spell to just kill everything.

I tried buying house furniture in Bowerstone Market, and all the girl sells is a friggin book. How are you supposed to do it? I can target all the furniture and read the info, but can't figure out how to buy it.

I think theres another furniture store in the town where the bandit camp used to be if you do that one quest. I accidentally married the furniture girl so she quit showing up there, and my other wife kept switching her goods.
