Anyone have any really old screen shots of their first MMO characters? Like before FFXI? I dont care about your FFXI character. Im talking about games before that.

You got 1.6 billion exp there. I think I was renaming characters in games as "Dead" as far back as 1996 or 1997, but ffxi is the only mmo I've ever played. |

FFXI was my first MMO, so I never had any other "character". Never even got around to playing Diablo or something, I only ever played the demo of Diablo 1, we couldn't afford to buy games very often. And in any other offline game prior that required naming a character I was also terrible at coming up with names and instead always either used the default or randomly generated names. In games where you're not lucky to have either of those, I'd just use my IRL name. And in games where you're forced to come up with a whole bunch of names (FF1), I was stuffed. |

My char name (kitty nekochan) has no origins it was just a name i came up with on open beta cause I'm not very creative when it comes with names, tehkei was just a nick I used in chat rooms. in ffxiv I used ixtapa (named after a beach in mexico) and a tarutaru named bigmac. |

1st MMO was FFXI so I never got into other game but FF game was one of my favs to play. |

I think I started using "Supafly" way back when I was in high school. It wasn't so much a take off of wrestler Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka as it was a based off the awesome Curtis Mayfield song and the old 1972 blaxploitation film. I literally had the poster in my room and would just sing the song as I'd load profiles from different games. I have since used the name in FFXI, WoW, and now FFXIV as the name is almost always taken when I tried to get it for XBOX Live and other larger accounts. |

I miss the old days of DAoC. This is CKD ganking a huge alliance of RVRs ready to take out a keep. They wernt expecting to run into us and we could tell from the lag they were coming. We had like 4 of em and they could level anything in the area within seconds. So the result was this. We became public enemy number one after we did this.
