Sega played second fiddle to SNES forever. Then, when it finally had a platform that could/would outperform Nintendo...BAM! PlayStation!

Shadowrun was probably my favorite on Genesis. Comix Zone and Aladdin were key, Mortal Kombat 2 is an all-timer.

I had all the table top books for Shadowrun, but I wasn't smart enough to full understand all the rules as a kid. In particular the "matrix" aspect to it. Cyberrunning, or whatever. We kinda hap-hazardly made up rules for it and still had a lot of fun.

I remember we'd listen to Weird Al while playing, and whenever the song "Trigger Happy" came on, all gun weapons did like double damage. haha. Fun times :D

Never played the video game versions of it, though.
