It's pretty damn fun. I have it for X1 and PS4, but playing on X1 with some friends atm... wish they all went to the same backend... oh well.

I never played borderlands so I can't compare :\

In the beta it was basically a typical MMO with a story line and side quests (gather 10 alien brains or whatever) and a PvP area where you can go team up and shoot other people. The graphics look really nice.

Is anyone playing the taken king?

I'm thinking about finally getting a ps4 and taken king looks pretty cool, but I don't think I know anyone that plays.

i started over for TTK on the PS4 to see what it was like. They made a lot of improvements overall and it was fun to level up and get loot (drops a lot now), but the end is still the same boring grind of dailies. The PvP isn't that great to me and suffers from a lot of the same aggravating bullshit it did before. It's a bit sad since the gunplay is so damn fun and satisfying... but that's what you'd expect from a Halo clone with MMO elements.
