I want to play it, but I don't have a PS5! With the recent track record, I think it will be available on Steam within 1-2 years. Will definitely play it then. All my friends have said very positive things about it. |

I played it and really enjoyed it. Pros * Boss battles are epic * Trash battles are also really fun, using summon actions is fun * The world is beautiful and memorable, although not terribly large * Characters are well written, you'll get drawn into their stories * There is a sex scene Cons * Mostly linear, if you care about that or not * Mini quests were not done well * Item system is almost non existent |

I've heard the same criticism about the uninspired sidequests/item system, though. Feels like a game I'll just try to drill through the main story as fast as possible. I'll definitely play once it's available on Steam (along with FF7 Remake: Rebirth). |

I really enjoyed 16, playing it a second time on final fantasy mode made me wish that difficulty had been available from the start but I’m fine with that. Also the few patches they’ve done since release fixed my only real grips at launch. Unlike which 15 which I doubt I’ll ever play through again I expect I’ll play this one periodically like most of the main line entries. |

Played through the demo a while back, didn't hold my interest enough to buy. Maybe one day on deep discount but having time to play anything anymore os hard. |
