Post subject:  How many of you are getting psp tommorrow?
I preordered it and i'm freaken excited ! Never been so excited about a portable gaming system. I gotta be careful with mine. My Nintendo Ds got stole );

First game i'm getting is Wipeout pure, it returns the game back to its roots, and the music is awesome again, on top of that it got a 9.0 rating heres a screen shot Image

I also can't wait to play GT 4 on psp. I didnt purposely buy the ps2 verison because i intended to get the psp one. [/img]

I doubt ill get one. Battery life is too low and I think the DS is a better portable. I dont really do portables though. :neutral:

As I'm writing this I should be getting sleep cuz I have to work in 5 hours :roll:

I'm looking forward to the PSP because I have always been a big fan of hand helds. Althought I'm a huge supporter of the GBA SP (Not so much the DS yet until they release some better games) I've also stood by Sony. From what I can tell the battery is supposed to last like 2-3 hours for a faster paced game or movie and 5-6 hours for some puzzle games. Also the MSRP in my town/city/area is $250 althought I guess some companies trying to make it a bigger bundle for over $300 lol. All in all I'm just gonna buy the system right away, utilize it's MP3 function and borrow a few PSP games and see what I think. I'll post again tomorrow after I've tried it out :wink: Cheers.

the only think i dont like about it is the battery life, its fucking pathertic... i kinda liked the fact that if you bend it you can launch the disks at other ppl.

PSP is a beautiful system but its stupid the way it's sold. You have to pay $300 for a PACK Which comes with 5 games I probably don't want to get in the first place. I think I will wait until price drops or you don't need to buy the whole pack.

I would say DS would be the better bet as of now. PSP could just become the Game Gear of this generation and fade away. Nintendo has proven they have what it takes for portable gaming systems.
