Ok guys i did some serious work and emailed some people and got a response from the head guy at CCR. Heres the email, i posted it on rfbase.com

I already said this before.
The phillipine's version of the game will be in english.
After the open beta in the phillipines closes and the
game becomes p2p, it will then be released here in
the US.

Hey Led,

little update on the whole RF thing.

I ordered 3 copy's of the game, one is going to my friend
and one i'm keeping, there's 1 left. I might just give it away.

Anyways here's the latest patch for the Korean RF Online.
The pictures are deff. worth to look at.
