looks like custom brushes, a wave filter in th ebackround and that one tool that brighten/blurs everything a lil wiht a light blue/grey tint |

thats shadowness stuff and she was orinally an paintbrush artist. Hence most of her work being 80% brushes. So thats prob a lil gradient work then alot of brushing with more layers and waves and fading the effect and rinse and repeat. Then go to the levels and fuck with each layer. But it takes an immense amount of talent to be able to brush like that. |
