Arrrr matey!
This is news to me; there is currently a new online RPG in developement. And for once it's not going to be in a SF or a fantasy setting, this time it will be in the pirate world! According to the site, players will be able to sail the entire carribean in their own ships, for PvP it will be possible to take your ship into sea battles. The whole concept looks pretty original to me, and visually the game looks nice too.
Closed beta subscription is now open on the official site.

Do not know anything about the developer.. that may be a good thing or not lol. Graphics look damn good though. Might read up more on the actual gameplay and features beyond the looks. It looks almost as good as EQ2's graphics engine.... lol too bad EQ2 is crap.

OK thank you no one for reminding me lol. I did it though and after giving it a good read over I am actually kind of excited.

1) I love to beta test games
2) Hi do I really need to point at my name?
3) The game sounds original and interesting. They have my attention.
4) Im that kid who dressed as a pirate for halloween every year because well.... lol being a priate is damn fun haha.
5) lol would you look at my god damn name?

Id encourage everyone to sign up.
