i hate the name i think its terrible.

In fact when they were calling it the ultra 64 i thought that was cool. Since it went with whole super nintendo idea. But then they changed it to the whole gay nintendo 64

I felt the same way with the Nintendo 64. I liked the name Ultra 64 way more.

For the first time in years, I'm ashamed of my favorite video game company. I wrote this letter immediately upon hearing this news, and advise anyone who cares to do the same.

I support the product and this name doesn't change that but it is pretty lame.

The paragraph that describes in on their website makes it sound sort of cool, and I can understand wanting to eliminate the abbreviation "rev", but Wii is just going to make everyone who doesn't understand it hate it more lol.

The Ad campaign will be cool, as it's obvious that one of the main factors for "Wii" was to turn the controllers into the i's.
