I'd be happier with WoW if I started again on a brand new server fresh off. Though I have no idea what I want to play anymore, since I've now leveled every class to at least 50+. My time as a paladin was the least fun I've had. Haha. |

Everytime I watch the movies on like TBS I always want to play this game lol. The only thing (well, the biggest thing) that I'm worried about is Turbine. I didn't play Asheron's Call, but I heard it was pretty good. However D&D Online was apparently the biggest botch-job ever, and I'm afraid that it'll happen to LOTR:O too. I was happier when it was ME:O and less people knew about it. also it's good to have Myth posting again :P |

Yea, D&D Online is like retardedly awful. It's more solo mission stuff rather than an MMO. They've been working on LotRO since forever though... which could be a very good thing or a very bad thing. |

dont forget goblin, bear person, wildman..orc, spider, trolls. different races of men are actually very distinct within lotr. ahh im such a geek i wonder if this game will be even worse for people calling themselves variants of aragaorn and legolas than ffxi was.. |

lol people editing their posts because of this? http://lotro.turbine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7491 I didn't get accepted (it's safe to say that atleast) and I'm emo about it. I signed up for the beta a long time ago, and referred a couple friends to it. They all got in...lol. Hopefully this game is good enough to pull me away from FFXI. I need to find something I like more

Its best that no one says anything about the Lord of the Rings: Online if they did get in. If people want to break NDA violations in private thats fine with me. Turbine has stated that they do not want anyone stating if they got into the alpha and I dont want to see anyone who did get in, get kicked out. |

There was a guild beta invite promotion a few months ago where your entire guild could get an invite if you proved you were guilded. A bunch of SomethingAwful goons made a bunch of guilds and they got invites. Didn't bother joining but I should have =/ |
