Yeah the BF games are good, I think I will try 2142 whenever I get access to my gaming PC. EA is a publishing company not an actual developer. They put their badge and market games made by the developers they own the studios of. Trillobite or whatever makes Madden for example. I do agree that EA mostly publishes shoddy games, but anyone who makes cheesy sports sims and crappy movie licensed games sucks. EA just puts out more of those shitty games than any other company.

Crysis will be PC only, so no FarCry goodness for the next gen systems. Crytek said that the PS3 and Xbox360 are not efficient enough nor powerful enough to handle Crysis. That is mainly due to DirectX10, which I thought Xbox360 could run (since it will run DX10 games like the next Unreal engine series of games). Fuck console FPSs anyways, mouse for aiming precision ftw. Maybe the Wii will change that if the controller isn't just a gimmick. I will have to try it to see for myself.

There is also an article somewhere out there that discusses now how developers that develop new games, engines, etc. for this company get almost nothing for it when EA originally started out it was a company that gave "royalties" in a way to top game developers. That era is now long gone >.<

The internet in retrospect may improve literacy and typing skills. Mikey, think if this kid did not have it, how below par would he be then? The internet does not lower IQ, I believe some people just let that happen to themselves.

EA and Crytek's relationship began in 2004, when the megapublisher entered into an exclusive development deal with the Frankfurt-based studio. The arrangement saw the Far Cry franchise left with original publisher Ubisoft while Crytek devised a new intellectual property for EA. Besides spawning Far Cry Instincts and Far Cry Instincts Evolution for the Xbox and Far Instincts Predator for the Xbox 360, Far Cry is also being adapted into a film by controversial director Uwe Boll (House of the Dead, BloodRayne).
