What kind of crackhead buys something in a videogame for the price of a fucking house almost (depends on where you live whether thats a decent house or not). 200k is just fucking stupid for a piece of data, but people have bought a character for 10k for a relic weapon in FFXI.

As for buying a relic character off eBay, cliche as it sounds its the truth, some people just have money to burn.

If two years ago I won the lottery then the temptation to buy up 20 bazillion gil or something and pimp out my character would be likely much stronger than any niggling doubts over the morality of it. I hated rmt in all forms but even so, if I am brutally honest it would be very difficult to make myself go farm/craft/work in game for anything when mr eBay or IGE could take care of all that for me.

and id probably have quit 2 months later lol, shit i was I had done it now
