I like to plan out my game lineup whenever I'm faced with a bunch of good games coming out. Gotta get organized.

-Right now I'm finishing up Metroid Prime 2, as a last hurrah for my gamecube

-I'll be playing FFV Advance when it comes out in early Nov.

-then FFIII DS comes out mid-Nov, should get started on it whenever I finish FFVA

-I'll also be playing Oblivion from Nov.-Dec., just waiting on my new computer

-Sometime at the beginning of next year I'll start FFXII, or whenever Whisp finishes it (roommates have to take turns playing haha).

Well I preordered FFXII and FF3 DS. I will play those when they come out for their respective systems. I also plan on getting a Wiii and Zelda. Maybe I will get the WoW expansion. Probably won't because I don't have time to play FFXI or WoW lol. Might borrow Aalan's copies of VP2 and Okami and play those. He downloaded some huge ass mod for Oblivion as well that effectively doubles the size of the game.

also have a special shelf on my tv stand reserved for a Wii, im shitting my pants for SSBB and Zelda.

meanwhile im still going to be playing FFXI, so thats basicaly all ive got so far. Wii will probobly end up in the game room after zelda and my brothers will take over. by then, ill be getting ready to graduate so probobly going to buckle down last minute and try to pull off a great end.

I got a black DS lite last night! Omg yay, about fucking time.

1. I'm currently playing (and loving) the new Super Mario Brothers.
2. Mario 64 DS will be next. I loved that game for 64, and want to check out the new features.
3. Final Fantasy XII.
4. Final Fantasy V advance.
5. FFIII DS.
6. Zelda Twilight Princess for GameCube or Wii.

We'll see if I complete all those games by the end of the year lol (doubtful).

I got DS Trauma Center because I heard so much raving about it.

Started playing it... And it pissed me off. It was basically a fancy, yet much harder, Cooking Mama but with people's insides.

Once I stopped gett Rank C Rookie Doctor the game was more appealing though. _-_


As for my list: FF XII is about it. FEAR for 360/PS3. Assasin's Creed omg yes.

playing ffxii right now, yes US version (don't ask me why i have it). almost done with it actually, get realy to be disappointed hehe. gonna skip most of the mini-games b/c the friggin game is so boring. translation was good, and the story was awesome, on the bright side

okami was good and valkyrie profile 2 was decent.

really looking forward to twilight princess, that's about it.

your review is in the overwhelming minority, lordac. what are some things you look for that make a game not boring that ff12 didn't have?

i don't like the fact that you can play this game with one hand. if you set gambit right you can xp up to lv50 while reading a book and only pay semi attention to the game. the characters will auto-target, cure, remove status effects, revive and... basically do everything else for you while you run around in the zone. as for how to progress in the storyline and where to go next, the games tells you where to go when you press map.

what else hm... most techniques are kinda useless and some of the mini-games are pretty boring. you can appearantly hunt for 80 kinds of NM in ff12 which would be appealing if u like to camp NM i guess. lol i just don't think its that fun. as a matter of fact, i play it when i can't fall asleep and i usually zzz after 1hr or 2. i know im only playing it because its a final fantasy game and i can tell ppl that I've finished every ff game from 3-12 (well except 11 i guess).

oh ya you'll be surprised how many ppl asked me where to get it lol. and no, i didn't download it if that makes any difference at all.
