The difference between these fight and FFXI are like FFXI and DAoC.
Dynamis is hard because there are ALOT of monsters. Not because there is one hard monster.
WoW is a zerg fest PvE game as far as I can tell (im no expert). This means you just gather up 100+ people, point them in the right direction and consume any monster in your way.
You dont organize groups, you dont do much more than plan a route. No worry about timer mobs, having to many of X job, having to little of Y job. Just bring as many people as you can and hit it as fast as you can.
Dynamis and FFXI HNMs are alot more complicated because they require a specific battle plan and tactic or youre dead.
Then again this is just another bold example of Hardcore Vs Softcore.
