They are implimenting the honor system for PvP purpose. I think it is kind of cool in a way that you can actually get rewarded by having a high rank in the honor system. However, I think at the end, what will suck in PVP isn't you'll get killed early on. It'll be someone just don't like you for whatever reason and you won't be able to enjoy your game due to that fact.

Honor system only works if you are lower lvl than the person who attacks you. You better hope you'll never piss anyone who's lower or same level as you (which will happen later on in the game when everyone reaches the max level).

Which is the problem. Some people just don't care. And if you ever piss off those bitter kids, they'll do everything to make your life miserable. This is the reason I am trying to avoid PvP.

I don't get what your saying. How can you piss off someone else if you can't even speak to them. If you go into contested area, you should be wanting to fight. If you're not having fun, go do some quests and leave the battleground. PvE just doesnt have the full game's potential in intention imo. If your fighting another people, they want nothing more then to kill u, i dun get how them being pissed is gonna make i any worse then that. What can they do, kill you and.. hunt you down irl and kill you there too?

PvP info

The ranking system will be a good motivation to play on pvp. Other than that, I don't see much difference to play on pvp or pve since you do get battlegrounds on pve as well.

You can piss people off by saying the wrong thing on the board. I am sure we'll still have a board no matter which server we go to. However, there will always be that one asshat decides that yeah it is fun to corpse camp someone for no reason. Still 16 days until retail, I am chating with some people that I played EQ with. They are all in beta and have played both sides.

corpse camping doesnt really work... you dont spawn where your corpse is.. you spawn where your spirit is. in that has to be within the general area of the body. Beleive me, don't worry about this. During our raid last night, the horde tried but you can do it effectively, its not a problem.

yea we did that.. or we spawned far away from where they were camping and ran to a spot to regroup. Its really not an issue at all.
