Yeah FF6 is my favorite in the series (followed closely by FFIV, FFV, and FFXI
). I wish they would make a MMORPG in the world of FF6, with the same graphics. That would be coolio.

You can do this if you wanna do this, but I really think it's a waste of time on the Beta. In the two weeks you play Beta, I kinda doubt you'll even get out of the Alliance controlled zones, so, you won't even be able to tell the difference at all. It will certainly be hard to get 2 characters into their mid 20's given that you don't know all the quests yet, so hard to see the difference. I'd suggest sticking to the PvP server and level as quickly as you can. Maybe you'll get a peek into the contested zones long enough to decide whether you like it or not. |

I actually agree with Iman, stay on the PvP server until retail (when they will undoubtedly do a full wipe). PvE servers are PvP servers that are slightly toned down a bit. Think of them as "Easy" and "Hard" difficulty, if you will. If you play Easy mode, you will never really know if Hard mode was "too hard" for you. (You can't just "complete" Easy mode and move onto Hard mode either. :P) Although this is more geared for the people who are already itching to go full-fledged PvP. It's better they start to get PKed while they quest and stuff now, since they are going to get the chance to start over when retail comes about anyway. |

From what Talisin tells me you cant just run up and kill anyone on a PvP server. You can kill any alliance person if youre horde and vise versa. Hord cant just run up and kill a hord person. to me, thats a wicked idea and the best thing Ive heard about this game so far. |

Guys... especially YARR. It;s not PLAYER VERSUS PLAYER it's FACTION VERSUS FACTION, HORDE VERSUS ALLIANCE. Horde CAN'T kill horde without consent and vice versa. |

if anyone reads my posts u would know this lol. Course with the honor system will make it so u can kill the gankers. Supposedly if u kill lowbies of the other faction enough you can become pkable to your own nation lol i find that hilarious. |

The idea of PVP concept in this game is starting to sound really good. It makes complete sense! The goal of the game is to become stronger and kill the other team. You should be subjected to attacks by the opposing team... If you are a true hardcore fan of Warcraft you should be on a PVP server... :D |

I never play any Warcraft before this. I only play WOW because it's another EQ/FFXI like game. It's not bad if the xp system stays the same as we did stress test in Sept. I only had 1 day to play and my mage was lvl 13 when the server went down. K played 3 days or so (softcore) and his mage was lvl 21 or 23 when he quitted. (We only had 1 acct and had to take turns play too) |

well server 20 wasnt even an option (guess it was filled up), so I am on server 21. I made a female human paladin named Celes. I looked at all the faces and hair in the character creation screen, and all of the male faces for every race look ugly IMO. I may be a female this time around lol (hubba hubba). |

That's probably because Celes was a Magitek Knight in FF6. :P (Probably closest thing you got to a Paladin in the more "industrial" FF games.) |

thats how i feel.. i want it to be a real liek struggle in such. I want to have to travel in packs and be p[art of a strong guild to survive.. just sounds cool to me.. everyone feel differently tho ^_^ |
