Hell yeah !! We killed him for the first time tonight. Server-1st on Bronzebeard 
And I got Spinal Reaper ^^ 
After all those raids, it was more than time 2 Bloodfang Pants, Band of Sulfuras, Mallister Shield and of course Spinal Reaper dropped.

We got him down to 35%, Rhinoa. It's best to aim for 45 and lower since you can lose 4-5 people during phase 2. |

Nice, grats on kill and nice Spinal Reaper. We kill Rag in 2 sons spawns actualy, we get him to around 50%, then 10-20% and then kill him. We could make our rogues do more DPS but the problem is unless our tank is specced in Defiance, rogues draw aggro and get wtfpwned real bad =X. |

Yeah recently we've gone into 4 phases with him a lot for whatever reason. We bring less rogues, but we're much better at the encounter. Haven't wiped since the day before we killed him. |

Best Pointer: Be prepared to tank punting, first major thing to watch out for. After that its all about CCing sons of flame (warlocks banishing, mages rooting them, keeping priests healing out of range of their mana burn nova) and have the rogues/warriors pick off a son one at a time or AE them all at once (both have worked for us but we normally AE them when we have 6+ mages) |
