my guild JUST beat vael the corrupted yesterday, as the first alliance on the server to do so, (and 3rd over all on the server). any hints on BL?

It's rather simple really, basically load up 2 or 3 tanks with ALL hp buffing stuff (including flasks, boar lung juice, admirals hat, etc), also every member has to be careful not to over aggro, he will go down, but DPS has to be holding back quite a bit, especially caster DPS since they don't have aggro shedding abilities. Alliance has more leeway with BoS of course, but it still means that you should hold back quite a bit. There's not much HP on that guy so he will go down eventually, there is no rush to kill him quickly, you should have more than enough time to kill him before the dragonkin respawn. Just tell your resident trigger happy mage to hold the hell back and make him realize that having a DPS E-peen contest on him is a liability, and everything should be fine =).
