The rogue one wont work, main problem is you are not useing any of a rogues strong points. Since u dont have imp backstab or ambush....your most likely useing a sword......but if your doing that, you do not have any of the talents in combat that make your sinister strikes better. So here in lies the problem, you have no strong attack....you have prep and that helps in most situations....but you also wont be doing any crazy damage like a rogue is supposed to do. IMO if you are not going to use daggers, then just go combat because its clearly the best route for non dagger. 31 8 12 is my build, i have access to the BEST weapons in the game for my class (Rank 14 weapons), and i have found this to be the most effective in PvP and PvE while wildly out damageing everyone in PvE situations....and PvP lol....its not even fair for me to anymore. 1800+ Ambush followed by an instant 1200+ backstab....ouchie. 5 piece Nightslayer bonus is +10 energy and i also have the talent points for +10 energy so thats 120 total. Instant ambush and backstab since they both cost 60 energy is the most lethal thing in the game....especially with my dagger ![]() |

Yeah, and for the warrior build... you hit up many of the good Fury points... but are missing some vital ones. Try this: This Build You might change it up a bit, if you dual wield and find a REALLY nice offhand weapon... but that might be a while. But when it comes to just pure PvP warriors.... nothing beats the cookie cutter: Cookie Cutter (Your specialization, will depend on your 2 hand weapon) Nothing beats this build when it comes to burst damage. (2-3 shotting cloth/leather wearers) |

Enrage nerf sucks for pvp warriors. Anyway unless you're using epics you really shouldn't pvp with fury. Cookie cutter works for a reason. And if you're gonna pve with fury warrior ( which i do) you need imp battleshout 4/5 and Umbridled wrath is really worth the point imo. You can also do without imp charge imo. And while i use Imp Cleave atm its really not worth it imo. 60 dmg before armor doesn't scale with better weapon and is fairly neglible on a skill you won't use all that often. Even for me who spams it liek crazy when I'm tnaking lowbie instances liek BRD and even ubrs. |

Eh, that Rogue-build is.. lacking. I'm with Dozi here, 31/8/12 is, IMO, the strongest PvP build, and it works for PvE too. Prep is for pussies :P Quote: 5 piece Nightslayer bonus is +10 energy and i also have the talent points for +10 energy so thats 120 total.
Hmm, you're using 31/8/12 even though you have 5 NS pieces? I mean, what you really get from 120 energy? With EnergyWatch, you can easily get instant Ambush+backstab anyway, because of the 1s world cooldown. I know when I get my last NS, I'll respec to 30/8/13. |

Warlock build you listed is not that great for either PvE or PvP. 0/30/21 is infact one of the better PvE(end game raiding) builds but you just didn't put the proper talent points in where they should be in order to be "optimal". As far as PvP MD/Ruin (0/30/21) is lacking even with the proper setup. You would want to throw the last point into demonology for Soul Link and the remaining either upto Nightfall or spread them for something like 5/31/15. In the destruction tree you're going to want Bane, and Intensity if you plan on AoEing in end game instances, MC ect. Shadowburn is also very useful. I would skip Aftermath(especially for PvE) as it just seems like a waste of 5 points unless you plan to do the 2 trick pony going heavy destruction and using your Succubus 99% of the time when pvping. Another good build that is somewhat new is 30/21 using a sacced succubus for a 15% boost in shadow damage (and possibly using jumper cables for another 10%). In PvP(small scale ) you would sac a void and pretty much dot everything up and try to outlast. |

Well 120 energy guarentees me the instant ambush/bs plus thats that much more energy to work with, trust me.....120 energy is sick you will just notice yourself being able to do more things faster. i did ![]() |

The Shaman build is ok, I'm not a big fan of elemental mastery tho. I do think that you should only put points in two trees instead of the spread you have.(unless it's the 22/8/21 build, which is nice for world pvp) Also, take the 3 points out of Imp. Lightning bolt and put 2 in to finish Lightning mastery. If you want to be an offensive juggernaut but with much lower survivability, 31ele/20enh or 21ele/30enh are both very good builds. If you want to be more of a caster with good survivabilty, 30ele/21res(for ILHW and NS mostly). You can get some insane dmg and the instant-heal or Chain lightning is a beast. Or you could go the melee route and still keep some survivability with 30enh/21res. Picking up Parry, Imp LS, imp WF and such. Personally, I was going to eventually switch to this build once I got better the Unstoppable Force from AV. For leveling the 30enh/21res or 21ele/30enh are the most effecient. I myself went with the 22/8/21 build for clearcasting, big spell crits, the Improved ghostwolf(I liked to world pvp more then bg, made running or catching someone much easier) and ILHW and NS. |
