I really wanted to see alliance get an ass ugly race. This race isnt "awesome" but it keeps along the same lines as the other alliance characters.

I feel like Horde gets jewed since Blood Elves look exactly the same as Night Elves (different colours sure). So I feel like horde didnt get a "new" race.

That's why I was 100% sure the race was forest trolls.

Caydiem said that a) Think "leaves" about 2 months ago (dunno how draenei relate to that)
b) The alliance race will be ugly
c) They added some dialogue unannounced in a patch to leaders like Thrall apparently that had him saying things like "we don't like forest trolls blah".
d) it would be logical to have a reskinned alliance race as well.


Too many people are going to play draenei lol

I think the new race is totally cool, but I don't see how it's going to get more people to play the horde. I figured it would be Draenei, but I was thinking the corrupted/ugly draenei.

On the other hand, once again, the horde get way fucking better racials. AoE silence in an 8 yard radius, compared to healing 300 hp over time, or whatever they said it scaled up to at 60.

It's a joke. haha. I'm more excited about the tier 3 priest armor, personally, since it'll look fucking hot on female characters. Of course the chance of me ever making it to Naxx, but whatever.

i like the look of the race. by the look of that screenshot Dranei can play Paladin too. what i need to see though is the racial traits. Alliance side's Racial abilities suck compared to horde. Only good one is shadowmeld.

Stone Form escape artist, fearward all good racials. Not as Good as Warstomp or WOTF, but verty usable, particularly in Pvp.

Stone form on a priest rogue stops shit liek viper sting, rupture, Deeo wounds rend, and other gay shit tat would normally break stealth or be annoying.

I still think wow is too cartoony.

Alliance drives me nuts. Night Elves are so god damn stupid looking and so are all the female characters in this game. I mean seriously, it just feeds the stereotype of nerdy guys drooling over animated girls cause they cant get any in real life.
