As we draw closer to the release of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, more of the secrets shrouding the draenei and blood elves are being revealed. In the upcoming expansion, players will finally be able to play classes that were previously unavailable to their faction: the blood elves have harnessed the power of the Light for their own needs, supporting the Horde with renegade blood elf paladins. Meanwhile, the draenei have been granted the wisdom and strength of the elements, and some among the newest members of the Alliance now follow the path of the shaman. Read on to learn more about the new class combinations available to players of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.

Alliance are going to get a big influx of shamen, paladins, priests, and mages lol.

Horde is going to get a big influx of hunters and rogues lol

I personally think this is a good idea, albeit a little backwards based on the screens and art they released when they announced that Dranei was the new alliance race. But the only thing keeping Shamans in raids as far as i knew was that there were no pallies to fit the spot. I'll probly roll a Dranei Shaman myself just cuz i think they look cool and i always wanted to play shaman anyway. Horde side however, will probably see way more pallies being raised from former shamans in hopes to quickly fill the raid gap.

I think its a great idea. Shammy will still be kings of PvP for horde. The lore explination is kind of weak.

lol rolling a Blood Elf Paladin to annoy the fuck out of people. Maybe one day in the near future I will get the chance to bubble and hearth on people. That always pissed me off. Well no more cries of PVE easy mode from Horde players towards Alliance. Shamans are getting gimped.. I read Windfury is/will be available in potion form and so are a couple more of the Shaman totem buffs. Might have been mistaken about that though. Haven't played WoW in weeks lol.
